The button above the volume button on my iphone SE stays in silent mode after switching back to normal ring mode (by switching the ring mode button). The button is not amaged in any way and the phone is not as well (it's in brand new condition). Is this a software/update issue or a hardware problem? Would replacing the button in the repair store resolve this? Please help.
